Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We want you to love every Reveale piece you own. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to help with an easy return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible:

  • Requests must be made within [3 or 7] days of receiving the package.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached.

  • Sale items and purchases made with discount codes are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • You may exchange for a different size or a different item of equal or greater value (by paying the difference).

  • Shipping costs for exchanges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items We sincerely apologize if you received a flawed item. Please contact us immediately with a photo/video unboxing of the product. In these cases, Reveale will cover all shipping costs to provide you with a replacement.

4. How to Start a Return

  2. Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Once approved, securely pack your items and ship them back to our warehouse.

5. Refunds Please note: We currently only offer refunds in the form of Store Credit (valid for 1 months) or exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
